Hey everyone! My name is AD Mohanraj and I'm currently a junior at UC Berkeley majoring in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. This is my second year of chairing conferences, I also did MUN as a delegate for two years in high school. Last year at at BMUN 66, I chaired the Joint Crisis Committee simulating US-China relations. At the end of January 2019, I'll also be chairing the World Bank at SCVMUN. In my free time, I enjoy working on programming projects and playing soccer. Last fall, I participated in a study abroad program in Sweden, where I took Computer Science courses at Lund University. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone in March!

A Note on Position Papers and the THIMUN Guide!

Hi delegates! I've been receiving a lot of emails regarding position paper guidelines for NATO this year, and whether or not we expect delegates to follow some special format. If you were wrongly informed about this, I'm very sorry for all the confusion! To clarify: NATO will NOT  be following any special guidelines for the position papers. Please format your papers according to the general guidelines available to you on the BMUN website. For your convenience,  here  is the link to the position paper guidelines as they appear on our committee's page . In terms of our procedure for this committee, all of you should know by now that we are going to be following THIMUN procedure at NATO, and additionally, THIMUN Security Council procedure. Tech Policy

Hi delegates! Hope you all are having a great week so far. Thank you to everyone who submitted their Position Papers to be considered for Research Awards! For everyone else, the final deadline for your Position Papers is February 10th 2019.  A reminder that we will not  be considering any papers submitted after   February 3rd 2019 for Research Awards. Now, I would like to direct your attention to the tech policy for NATO at BMUN LXVII. Our committee will be an "unmod tech" committee, which means that laptops, tablets, phones and other electronic devices are only permitted during unmoderated caucuses, and for our THIMUN committee, during lobbying in the first committee session on Friday.
